I’m an evolutionary biologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

My lab studies how environmental conditions shape reproduction and aging using genomic and evolutionary approaches. We work across human and non-human primate systems, collaborating closely with field-based research projects and complementing these studies with experimental cell line work in the lab. By integrating genomic data, field studies, and experiments, we aim to understand how organisms respond to their environments and how these responses influence health and life-history variation.
